What online skincare and acne treatment actually costs each month

Applies to One Medical Membership (the only subscription/recurring product; On-Demand Care visits are one-time, non-recurring, so there is nothing to "cancel" in the subscription sense). Per the Membership Purchase Terms: "You can cancel autorenewal of Memberships you purchased at any time by visiting the Membership subscription page" (health.amazon.com/prime/onemedical/settings). Text is in all-caps emphasis in the Terms: membership auto-continues and is auto-charged unless the customer updates auto-renewal settings on that page or cancels. Further cancellation detail is pointed to Amazon's general Help Center Cancellation Policy page (not a One-Medical-specific document).

Renews automatically until cancelled. Applies to One Medical Membership only. Explicit ALL-CAPS clause in the Purchase Terms: "UNLESS YOU UPDATE AUTO-RENEWAL SETTINGS ... OR CANCEL ... YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US ... TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE." On-Demand Care visits are one-time purchases with no recurring billing.

Membership: "The Membership fee is non-refundable except as outlined in the Cancellation Policy" (Amazon general Help Center policy, linked but not itself fetched as evidence). If Amazon terminates a membership at its own discretion (not for cause), "we will give you a pro-rated refund based on the number of full months remaining"; no refund if termination is for the customer's breach, fraud, or misuse. If a customer buys additional memberships (e.g., adding family members) later, "we will give you a pro-rated refund of each of the remaining original Membership's term" and restart all memberships on a single new term date. On-Demand Care (pay-per-visit, from the Help/FAQ page, not the Purchase Terms): payment is only charged "when a provider has reviewed your information and delivered a care summary" — if the provider determines you can't be treated after reviewing your intake, "your treatment will be canceled and you won't be charged" (no charge, not a refund, since payment hadn't yet been taken). No fixed-duration free trial is published for the membership. The Purchase Terms mention only that "We sometimes offer certain customers various trial or other promotional memberships" at the company's discretion, cancelable anytime pre-conversion via the subscription settings page — no standard number of days stated. Separately, the homepage advertises an "introductory Prime offer" of free Direct Message Care for Prime members for "common conditions," with terms gated behind a JS modal not resolvable via static fetch (needs_recheck).

ToS Section 3 (Subscription Program Terms): "IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OUR SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM, YOU MAY DO SO BY CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN YOUR USER ACCOUNT AT HTTPS://CUROLOGY.COM IN THE PAYMENT INFORMATION SECTION OR CONTACTING HELLO@CUROLOGY.COM. CANCELLATION REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER THAT SHALL TAKE EFFECT THE FOLLOWING MONTH." A single prescription (rather than the whole membership) can also be canceled individually: "You may cancel an individual prescription by contacting hello@curology.com or your medical provider." Separately, ToS Section 22 (Termination) allows full account deactivation "at any time, for any reason, by sending an email to hello@curology.com," with medical records retained for at least 10 years (or until age 23 if younger) per applicable law.

Renews automatically until cancelled. ToS Section 3: subscription payment method "MAY BE PRE-AUTHORIZED AND WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED ON A GOING-FORWARD BASIS A FEW DAYS BEFORE EACH SHIPMENT OF PRODUCT BASED ON THE SUBSCRIPTION CADENCE IDENTIFIED WHEN YOU SIGNED UP." ToS Section 7 (Prices): "Company may change the price of any Service, Product, or Subscription Program... at any time. Company will provide current customers of the Subscription Program advance notice of any such change before it applies." No explicit statement of a right to reject a price change was found for the dermatology Subscription Program specifically (contrast: Keeps' ToS states this explicitly); not confirmed either way from pages fetched.

ToS Section 6, "Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy." Satisfaction Guarantee (Subscription Program, first-time subscribers only): to qualify for a refund you must (1) submit a Satisfaction Guarantee request form within ninety (90) days of the date of your initial trial order; (2) have completed at least two (2) check-ins with your Curology provider within that same 90-day period (one after the trial order, one after the first full-sized shipment); and (3) have uploaded photos in a message to your provider within that same 90-day period. Uniform across every Rx skincare product page fetched: "Try Curology FREE* for 30 days when you subscribe—just pay $5.45 shipping & handling," footnoted "*Applies only to your first box. Trial lasts 30 days. Subject to medical consultation. New subscribers only. Restrictions apply." The trial box therefore costs $5.45 flat (shipping & handling only; the medication/consultation itself is free for that first box). CONVERSION MECHANICS: per ToS Section 3, the subscription auto-converts to recurring paid billing at the product's standing subscribe price (e.g. $29.95/mo for Custom FormulaRx) automatically after the trial box, charged "a few days before" the next scheduled shipment, unless the member cancels at least two (2) business days before that next shipment (see cancellation_notes). No separate "trial end date" reminder/notice mechanic is described on any page fetched. The 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee (refund_policy above) is a distinct, later-stage money-back mechanism layered on top of the initial 30-day/$5.45 trial, not a second trial period.

Support FAQ ("Can I buy a one off treatment?") gives a 3-step self-serve process: "1. Log in to your account... 2. Click 'Manage Subscription' 3. Click on 'Cancel Subscription.'" Terms and Conditions of Sale, Section 8.1(ii) "For subscriptions": "You may cancel your subscription by choosing to do so via your account settings at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled shipment. Section 8.1(ii) also states: "If you paid upfront for a payment plan longer than 1 month but want to cancel your subscription prior to the last order of your plan being shipped, you will not be entitled to a refund for any amount of the original payment plan price paid." Delivery-date/dispatch changes require at least 7 days' notice (Section 7.8).

Renews automatically until cancelled. Terms and Conditions of Sale, Section 3.5 ("New customer offers"): "When the [discount] period finishes your subscription will automatically continue at the price quoted on the site during the sign-up process, unless you cancel... before the end of the discount period." Section 3.7 ("Subscription renewals"): "Your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period (e.g. weekly/monthly/annually). Upon renewal, we will charge the current subscription price using the same card or other payment method that you previously used."

Terms and Conditions of Sale, Section 8 ("Your rights to end the contract"): for one-time purchases, a full refund applies only for company-caused reasons (advance-notified price/product change the customer doesn't accept, or significant delay outside the company's control) and only for products "which have not been provided"; the section explicitly states medicines cannot be returned outside those reasons, and that the UK "Consumer contracts (Information, Cancelation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply to the sale of medicinal products under a prescription." For subscriptions/prepay plans, no refund is given for the unshipped remainder of a multi-month plan canceled before its last scheduled shipment (Section 8.1(ii)). Section 8.2: refunds, where owed, are issued to the original payment method for the price paid on any products not yet dispatched. No page found that explicitly addresses whether the discounted $4.99 first-month/"prescribing fee" charge itself is refundable once the first treatment has been dispatched — flagged needs_recheck.

Note: the customer-service email published for weight-loss cancellations on forhers.com is support@forhims.com (the hims-branded address).

Renews automatically until cancelled. Automatic renewal on all subscription products until cancelled; cancellation deadline is 2 days before the renewal processing date. "Your first renewal may be charged early to prevent any discontinuity in treatment. Your subsequent renewal charges and shipments ... may be charged and/or shipped up to two (2) days early." Pause is available and charging resumes automatically at the end of a pause period. Price changes require advance notice.

General: "We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, although we may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis in our sole and absolute discretion." Weight loss: "Your first month Membership fee is non-refundable ... You will not be eligible for a refund for any medication after it has been shipped. You will receive a refund for your Medication Plan only if (1) for an initial order, you cancel your Medication Plan within 48 hours of submitting your payment information; or (2) for subscription renewals, you cancel your Medication Plan two (2) days before your next billing renewal date." Labs: full refund if requested within 48 hours of payment and no Testing Services received; after 48 hours case-by-case; no refunds after one year.

No free trial found in the Terms and Conditions or on the product pages. The nearest equivalents published are (a) the $39 first-month Weight Loss Membership rate that auto-renews at $149/month, and (b) "free consultation" / "free assessment" framing on the hair, ED, skincare and mental-health entry points. The Non Prescription Hair Loss Kit card shows a "Try today" label next to "Subscribe at $37/mo" with no trial terms stated.

"Last updated: May 4th, 2026" (cancellation-policy.md). To cancel a scheduled visit, patients may request modification/cancellation any time before the visit to avoid visit fees; visit fees (where applicable, to select unspecified services) are non-refundable once a consultation is completed. To cancel Mental Health, Insomnia, or Hypertension memberships, or automatic recurring shipments/refills (e.g. ED, Birth Control), patients must request cancellation at least 48 hours before the next renewal/refill/billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current membership period or final refill, not immediately. "If you would like to cancel your membership services or automatic, recurring shipments, for any reason, you may do so at any time in your account." Lemonaid may also suspend/terminate access unilaterally at any time without notice; if terminated for a patient's breach, no refund of prepaid recurring services.

"Last updated: September 27, 2023" (refund-policy.md). All fees and payments (memberships, auto-prescription refills, visits, or other product offerings) are stated as "non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and non-creditable." No refunds for partially used services. Patient is fully liable for all account charges, including unauthorized charges (billing disputes routed to Patient Support via secure message or phone, not a self-serve refund flow).

No free-trial-period concept (e.g., "N days free") found on any public page fetched. Lemonaid instead publishes discounted first-cycle pricing per individual offer (e.g., mental health: $25 first month vs. $95/month recurring; hair-loss finasteride: $30 first 3-month supply vs. $60 recurring) — see each offer's first_vs_recurring field. No company-wide trial mechanism exists distinct from these per-product intro prices.

Terms of Use Section 4 (Updated July 10, 2026): Paid Membership can be cancelled "at any time by logging into your... Mochi account and selecting 'cancel subscription'" OR "by contacting us at (619) 648-1247 and requesting to cancel... over the phone." Explicitly: "Contacting us at hello@joinmochi.com is NOT an acceptable way to request to cancel... Requests to cancel subscriptions received via email... or through any other method not listed above will NOT be considered valid requests." Cancellation "will take effect at the end of the then current subscription term" (access continues until then); the account then "automatically revert[s] to a free membership subscription (a 'Free Membership')" rather than closing outright — Free Membership excludes 1:1 video visits and may exclude some treatment categories/Medications. Cancelling the Paid Membership also auto-cancels any active Medication Subscription that requires an active Paid Membership. Medication Subscriptions can separately be modified/cancelled "at any time prior to a refill request being sent to a pharmacy for fulfillment, by selecting 'Modify' from the medication page." If the Monthly Subscription Fee amount is going to change, Mochi must give 30 days' notice before charging the new amount, during which the user can cancel. Separate no-show policy (Patient Agreement Section 5): a missed appointment without 24 hours' notice may incur a $25.00 fee.

Terms of Use Section 4: "We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, although we may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis in our sole and absolute discretion," capped at "the total fee amount paid... in the month preceding the refund request," and unavailable for any month in which the user received Mochi Provider services. Medication Fees "are not eligible for a refund, whether in part or in whole, once the order has been sent to a Pharmacy for dispensing." Separate Refunds page (refunds.md): "we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications, as they cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, all prescription sales are final" (patient can still contact support if they believe a fill error occurred).

No time-limited free-trial concept found. Two related but distinct mechanisms instead: (1) a permanent, non-expiring "Free Membership" tier that a Paid Membership automatically reverts to on cancellation (limited features — no 1:1 video visits, may exclude some Medications/categories); (2) a new-subscriber-only first-month promotional membership price ($39 vs. standard $79/month) — see promotional/termsandconditions-first- month-promo.md and offer promo fields above. Neither is a conventional "free for N days, then billed" trial.

Two distinct cancellation paths, both self-serve via My Account (musely.com/account) or the Musely app, per support-cancel-order.md and support-cancel-auto-refill.md: (1) REFILL (recurring) orders: "Once a refill order is placed, it is immediately sent to the pharmacy to begin preparation... refill orders cannot be canceled or refunded after they are placed." To stop FUTURE refills, go to My Account > My Treatments > Adjust Refills > Stop All Future Refills; this can be done "any time prior to your next scheduled refill date(s)" but does NOT cancel an order already in progress, and each treatment/SKU must be managed individually. (2) INITIAL (first-time) orders: cancellable online via My Account > My Treatments > Manage Treatment > Cancel, but ONLY "before your doctor signs the prescription" — "Once the prescription has been reviewed and signed by the doctor, the order is sent directly to the pharmacy and can no longer be canceled." Subscription Terms (terms/subscription.md, appears to be shared boilerplate with Musely's non-Rx marketplace/OTC subscription program) separately states: "The 'Starter Subscription' can be cancelled at any time via Your Subscriptions page... The 'Essential Subscription' requires a 3-month minimum subscription and can only be cancelled after the 3-month time period." It is not confirmed whether FaceRx Rx subscriptions map onto this "Starter/Essential" naming or the refill-based mechanism described above governs Rx specifically;

Renews automatically until cancelled. Subscription Terms (terms/subscription.md): "Your Subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel." Support Center describes this recurring mechanism as "Auto-Refill," on by default, cancellable any time prior to the next scheduled refill date via My Account > My Treatments > Adjust Refills > Stop All Future Refills (support-cancel-auto-refill.md).

General rule (support-refund-return-policy.md): "As Musely treatments are prescription medication, they are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Consumer Protection federal law prohibits the return of prescription medication. Therefore, all sales are final once shipped from the pharmacy... Once your treatment has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it." 60-DAY RESULT GUARANTEE (exception, support-60day-guarantee.md, corroborated by the near-identical blog tip tip-60day-guarantee.md): "We guarantee success when Musely prescription treatments are used properly and the eNurse check-up program is completed. If your skin condition has not improved to your satisfaction after 60 days of proper use, we will refund the medication cost of your initial order of treatment! ... The $20 Doctor Visit Fee is a legally required service fee and is therefore nonrefundable." Requirements: (1) complete the eNurse check-up program in the Musely app AND use the medication consistently for 60 days; (2) guarantee applies to the INITIAL order only — explicitly excludes refills, Prescription Changes, and the Doctor Visit Fee; (3) normal/expected side effects (redness, peeling, dryness, irritation, allergic reaction, itching, breakouts) do not themselves qualify a patient for a refund — nonuse or misuse of the medication also disqualifies the claim. Official boilerplate quoted verbatim in the support article: "Musely 60-Day Result Guarantee: If you use the medication together with the Musely app's eNurse check-up program for 60 days and are not satisfied with your results, we will refund you the full cost of your initial fill of the medication. The Doctor Visit Fee is non-refundable as prohibited by law. Medication cannot be returned, by law." Every skincare offer collected above displays a "This treatment qualifies for our 60-Day Result Guarantee" badge on its own PDP.

No free trial period was found for FaceRx prescription skincare treatments themselves — every product's "60-Day Result Guarantee" is a conditional post-purchase money-back guarantee (see refund_policy above), not a trial. A SEPARATE, non-treatment "Muse Membership" loyalty/rewards program ($10/year) does carry "the first 30 days being a free trial" (terms/membership.md), but this is a rewards-perks membership, not access to any skincare treatment, and is out of scope for this collection.

Two mechanisms are published: (1) in the PlushCare mobile app, "My Profile" page > "Delete My Account" (ToS Section 12, Termination); (2) contacting a PlushCare Care Team member, or emailing info@plushcare.com (ToS Section 14, Membership Fees: "YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME BY CONTACTING INFO@PLUSHCARE.COM"). Recorded as self_serve_online since the in-app deletion path exists, but email/Care-Team contact is also explicitly offered as an equally valid route. If you cancel a paid membership, it remains active until the end of the current billing term and does not renew (no immediate loss of access).

Membership fees: non-refundable in the ordinary case ("All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable," ToS Section 4). Exception: if PlushCare terminates your access for a reason other than your own breach, you receive a pro-rata refund of fees paid; if PlushCare terminates for your breach, no refund. Visit/appointment fees: full refund if PlushCare is unable to treat/assess you, connectivity issues prevent the consult, the doctor doesn't show within 10 minutes, a state licensing issue blocks the consult, or insurance verification was pending/unsuccessful at booking — refund excludes membership fees, medication, and lab costs. No refund once any clinical assessment, referral, or medical advice is given, even without a prescription resulting. Prescriptions: no returns/refunds, "all sales are final."

Two documented paths, differing by product. Ro Body (weight loss) membership — ToS: "To cancel your Ro Body Program membership, you may log into your Secure User account (click into the Ro Body Program and select 'Cancel Subscription' from the Program Details page) or by emailing us at care@ro.co. Message your provider if you want to discuss switching medications while remaining in the Ro Body Program. To avoid further charges to the payment method on file, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your next renewal date." Effect of cancellation: "If you cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date, your Ro Body Membership will not automatically renew on your renewal date, and you will not be charged any additional Ro Body Membership Fee payments. You will receive Ro Body Program Membership Services through the last day of your billing cycle for which you have paid... ToS, Ro Body: "If medication is prescribed, you will be enrolled in the automatically renewing Ro Body Program Membership... and your payment method will be charged on an automatically renewing basis unless you cancel in accordance with these Terms." And: "Your payment method on file will be automatically billed for the cost of Membership at the price and frequency displayed at the time of checkout on an automatic, recurring, basis unless and until you cancel." And, in caps: "YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE RO BODY MEMBERSHIP FEE EVERY MONTH EVEN IF YOU DO NOT USE ALL OF THE OFFERED RO BODY MEMBERSHIP SERVICES. Even if you do not request or receive medication through the Ro Body Program, you will still have access to the Ro Body Membership Services described above and you will continue to be charged on an automatically renewing basis unless and until you cancel. We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time with reasonable notice." Lilly GLP-1 products: "Any refunds, replacements, or disputes related to Products are subject to the policies and review of the dispensing pharmacy and, where applicable, Lilly." — i.e. not Ro's policy.

No free trial published. Ro uses paid introductory pricing instead: - Ro Body: "$39 first month" then $74-$149/mo. ToS: "Ro may offer a one-time introductory price ('Introductory Price') when you first enroll into the Ro Body Program. The Introductory Price will be governed by the terms and conditions disclosed to you at checkout." Refunded if not eligible for GLP-1s. - Custom Rx skincare: 25% off first order ($43 vs $58 per 2 months); the product page itself calls this "the trial offer." - ED: footnote on /erectile-dysfunction/ reads "*If prescribed. No refunds for: patient no-shows; cancellation requests inside those windows; requests to prescribe a specific medication or complete specific paperwork that is declined; surgical procedures with confirmed scheduling; labs not completed within 7 days of purchase; any refund request made more than 10 days after the scheduled visit. Subscription refunds: monthly/annual Membership Services subscriptions are not eligible for a prorated refund upon cancellation (access simply continues to the end of the paid period). Multi-month subscription plans (e.g. Success by Sesame's 3/6/12-month tiers) are prepaid at a discount; canceling before the committed term ends causes the fee already paid to be re-rated at the standard month-to-month price for each month actually used, with only any remaining balance refunded — per ToS, "in some cases the adjusted value of services used may equal or exceed the amount originally paid, in which case no refund will be issued." Prescription refill services: "the initial prescription cannot be cancelled or refunded"; refills can be canceled if not yet processed for delivery.

"From time to time Sesame may offer free trials related to Membership Services for a specific period of time." Only the membership subscription fee itself is waived/discounted during any trial period — "all other associated fees (i.e. provider visits, labs, etc.) will be charged during the Trial Period." No standard/default trial length is published; terms are set per-offer at the time a specific trial is run. If a trial converts to paid, the member can cancel by email or phone before conversion to avoid being charged.

Terms of Use, Section 20 (Subscription Policy): "All of our prescriptions are subscriptions to help you stay on track with your medication. You will be charged the full amount for your prescription every 30 or 90 days, depending on your refill schedule, until you pause or cancel your subscription. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by emailing care@struthealth.com." FAQ (Subscriptions & Pricing): "Does Strut allow you to cancel your subscription? Yes, we offer convenient flexibility to cancel, pause, or delay your monthly subscription order." "Can I change the frequency of my orders? ... Log into My Account and adjust your order under the Orders and Subscriptions tab." FAQ (Orders & Shipping/return policy): "Subscriptions can be cancelled with 48 hours notice before processing." The FAQ describes self-serve account-level controls for pause/delay/ frequency changes, while the Terms of Use names emailing care@struthealth.com as the subscription pause/cancel method; both mechanisms are recorded here since the pages do not reconcile which is authoritative for cancellation specifically (account controls were not tested — Phase 0 rule 1 forbids entering the authenticated account area).

Refund Policy (last modified September 21, 2021): "For all medications that leave the pharmacy, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to government regulations. We cannot do refunds for any cancellation requests received after the pharmacy has processed your order." Exchanges: "We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and must contact us within 2 weeks of delivery. ... All returns of medication must be sent back to the dispensing pharmacy. Strut cannot receive any returns." FAQ: "Prescriptions cannot be returned once they leave the pharmacy. Contact our customer service team and we will do our best to provide you with a solution."

No published free trial for medication. Company-wide "free" claims apply to ancillary services, not the drug cost: free online MD visit, free follow-up care/ provider messaging, and free discreet shipping on every order (Our Story, How It Works). "Some states do not require phone consultations" (FAQ) — the initial online visit itself is described as free regardless.
