ZipHealth Services Inc. (d/b/a Dermatica) — the non-clinical Site/e-commerce and pharmacy entity, registered office 1876 Doctor Andres Way, Suite 83, Delray Beach, FL 33445, USA. Per Terms of Use (last revised Feb 4, 2019): "ZipHealth Services Inc.. d/b/a Dermatica ("Dermatica"...) contracts with ZipHealth Medical Group, P.A., and affiliated medical groups (collectively, 'ZipHealth Provider Group')... an independent medical group with a network of United States based health care providers" that delivers the clinical telehealth consultations. Prescriptions are dispensed under Florida pharmacy license PH31739 (original issue 11/08/2018, expires 2/28/2027) at the same Delray Beach address; Dispensing Pharmacist Dr Phillip Whitman (FL license PS56867), Pharmacist in Charge Dr Scott Mazza (FL license PS22905) (About Us > Regulation). UK/US structure: Dermatica was founded in 2018 by Dwayne D'Souza (About Us page does not state his location, but the "Meet the team" page flags UK consultant dermatologists Dr Khawar Hussain, GMC 7461106, and Dr Shendy Engelina alongside a US-flagged prescriber, Laurie Lowe Nelson APRN, NPI 1467595330 — i.e. a shared UK/US clinical team). Dermatica operates a parallel UK site (dermatica.co.uk, GBP pricing) and this US site (dermatica.com, USD pricing, "Dermatica US" support portal at support.dermatica.com/hc/en-us, separate from the UK's support.dermatica.co.uk). The support-portal footer (both the /faq and /states-served articles) displays "© Dermatica [year] Company Number: 10921750" directly above the Delray Beach, FL address — 10921750 is an 8-digit number in the UK Companies House numbering format, appearing without an explicit jurisdiction label on the US-facing support site, which does not by itself name a US legal entity in the Terms of Use.

UK-origin telehealth/custom-Rx-skincare brand (founded 2018 by Dwayne D'Souza, CEO & Founder) now operating parallel UK (dermatica.co.uk) and US (dermatica.com) direct-to-consumer sites with separate Zendesk support portals (support.dermatica.co.uk vs support.dermatica.com/hc/en-us) and a shared cross-border clinical/formulation team (UK GMC-registered consultant dermatologists plus US board-certified nurse practitioners, per Meet the Team). US operations run through ZipHealth Services Inc. d/b/a Dermatica (Delray Beach, FL), which contracts with the independent "ZipHealth Provider Group" (ZipHealth Medical Group, P.A. and affiliated medical groups) for US telehealth consultations, and dispenses under its own Florida pharmacy license (PH31739). Per About Us support-FAQ content, the company states it has treated "over 100,000 patients." No public page states ownership/funding structure (private vs. VC-backed vs. acquired); not disclosed on-site.

Homepage/site-wide banner: "Save over 80% on your first month — only $29.95 $4.99." Treatment page: "First month $4.99, then $29.95/month." Support FAQ describes the $4.99 first month as a "28 day trial": the 2nd and 3rd bottles are shipped together (~56 days after signup) and charged at that point; the ongoing cycle then runs every 56 days at the $29.95/month equivalent rate (2 bottles per shipment, ~$59.90 charged per 56-day cycle).
Notes
Page also advertises an oral-antibiotic add-on for existing/eligible customers: "$59.99 | 16 week course" (doxycycline), "subject to clinical review of individual skin concerns and eligibility," requested via the account dashboard — not treated as a separate offer here since it is an add-on to, not a substitute for, the formula subscription and pricing eligibility is not publicly determinable.

Notes
Collected as a bonus fifth variant beyond the requested acne/rosacea/melasma/ anti-aging set because it is one of Dermatica's seven primary treatment-catalog categories and priced identically; also carries the same "$59.99 | 16 week course" doxycycline add-on seen on the acne page.

How to cancel

Quoted from Dermatica's terms and help pages on Aug 15, 2026. Only the cancellation mechanism is in our words; everything else is the company's.

How cancellation works

VerifiedChecked Aug 15, 2026
Cancellation mechanism
self serve online
Automatic renewal
see terms belowRenews automatically until cancelled. Terms and Conditions of Sale, Section 3.5 ("New customer offers"): "When the [discount] period finishes your subscription will automatically continue at the price quoted on the site during the sign-up process, unless you cancel... before the end of the discount period." Section 3.7 ("Subscription renewals"): "Your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period (e.g. weekly/monthly/annually). Upon renewal, we will charge the current subscription price using the same card or other payment method that you previously used."
Cancellation terms as published
Support FAQ ("Can I buy a one off treatment?") gives a 3-step self-serve process: "1. Log in to your account... 2. Click 'Manage Subscription' 3. Click on 'Cancel Subscription.'" Terms and Conditions of Sale, Section 8.1(ii) "For subscriptions": "You may cancel your subscription by choosing to do so via your account settings at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled shipment. In the event that cancelation is made less than 48 hours prior to your next scheduled shipment, you will be charged for that shipment, and the cancelation will take effect from the next order." Section 3.8 ("New customer renewals"): if signed up under the first-month discount, "you may cancel the subscription at any time up until 48 hours prior to the next scheduled shipment date on your dashboard. Unless you cancel prior to this point, your subscription will automatically continue as a paid-for subscription." Section 8.1(ii) also states: "If you paid upfront for a payment plan longer than 1 month but want to cancel your subscription prior to the last order of your plan being shipped, you will not be entitled to a refund for any amount of the original payment plan price paid." Delivery-date/dispatch changes require at least 7 days' notice (Section 7.8).
Refund policy as published
Terms and Conditions of Sale, Section 8 ("Your rights to end the contract"): for one-time purchases, a full refund applies only for company-caused reasons (advance-notified price/product change the customer doesn't accept, or significant delay outside the company's control) and only for products "which have not been provided"; the section explicitly states medicines cannot be returned outside those reasons, and that the UK "Consumer contracts (Information, Cancelation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply to the sale of medicinal products under a prescription." For subscriptions/prepay plans, no refund is given for the unshipped remainder of a multi-month plan canceled before its last scheduled shipment (Section 8.1(ii)). Section 8.2: refunds, where owed, are issued to the original payment method for the price paid on any products not yet dispatched. No page found that explicitly addresses whether the discounted $4.99 first-month/"prescribing fee" charge itself is refundable once the first treatment has been dispatched — flagged needs_recheck.
Trial terms as published
First treatment is priced at $4.99 (vs. the standing $29.95/month price — "Save over 80% on your first month"), described by the support FAQ as a "28 day trial": "Following your 28 day trial, we will dispatch your 2nd and 3rd treatment and charge your payment method for those treatments. Our standard treatment cycle runs every 56 days, and we'll send your next treatment before you run out." No signup is possible without providing payment details and completing the online consultation; the $4.99 charge is taken "at the point your treatment is approved," not at consultation submission (support FAQ, "How long does it take for the dermatology team to review my consultation?").

States served

Not a single company-wide list on a dedicated page; per the support-center article "What States do you deliver to?" (identical language applies across all treatment categories — no per-category variation found), the same 32-state list applies to every offer below. See offer-level states_served for the full list.
