"Your first renewal may be charged early to prevent any discontinuity in treatment. Your subsequent renewal charges and shipments ... may be charged and/or shipped up to two (2) days early." Pause is available and charging resumes automatically at the end of a pause period. Price changes require advance notice.

- General subscriptions: "You may cancel a subscription at any time in-app or through your online account under 'My Subscriptions' by contacting the Customer Help Center and directly requesting a cancellation, or by calling 1-800-368-0038 to cancel. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Your subscription will automatically renew for another subscription period unless you cancel at least two (2) days before the applicable renewal processing date." Gifthealth-filled weight-loss prescriptions must be cancelled directly with Gifthealth. Membership page FAQ: "You can cancel anytime, but canceling your membership will also cancel any active medication plan and access to care through the platform." Note: the customer-service email published for weight-loss cancellations on forhers.com is support@forhims.com (the hims-branded address).

- General: "We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, although we may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis in our sole and absolute discretion." Weight loss: "Your first month Membership fee is non-refundable ... You will not be eligible for a refund for any medication after it has been shipped. You will receive a refund for your Medication Plan only if (1) for an initial order, you cancel your Medication Plan within 48 hours of submitting your payment information; or (2) for subscription renewals, you cancel your Medication Plan two (2) days before your next billing renewal date." Labs: full refund if requested within 48 hours of payment and no Testing Services received; after 48 hours case-by-case; no refunds after one year.
