Methodology

This site publishes what telehealth companies charge, taken from the pages those companies publish themselves, with the date each number was last checked. This page explains how that is done, what the price columns mean, and what the confidence labels mean. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

The dataset as it stands today

33 companies, 354 offers of which 341 carry a published price, and 33 sets of subscription terms.

422 evidence artifacts are stored behind those facts, and every price on the site shows its own last-checked date. Prices currently on the site were checked Aug 14, 2026 to Aug 15, 2026.

Where the numbers come from

Every price and every term on this site is read off a company's own public web page: a product page, a pricing page, a help-center article, or the terms of service. There are three hard limits on collection, and they hold for every company without exception.

This is a deliberate limit, and it is the reason some numbers on this site are labeled unconfirmed rather than verified. Prices that live behind checkout will reach this site through patient reports, described at the end of this page.

What each price column means

The price pages carry up to three different numbers for the same treatment.

Fees a company charges only in some circumstances, such as a separate visit fee, are recorded on the offer and shown in the row details rather than folded into the all-in number.

Confidence tiers

Every fact on this site carries one of three labels. They describe how far the fact was confirmed, not how good the company is.

Evidence behind every fact

Each collected fact records the exact source page it came from and the date it was collected, and each is stored with an archived copy of the page text as it read on that date. Those archives are kept per company and per collection date. 422 of them stand behind the current dataset. The source link appears in the row details on every price table, so any number here can be checked against the page it came from.

Facts are recorded as the page states them. Where a page is ambiguous, the ambiguity is recorded as a note and the fact is queued for a recheck rather than resolved by guessing.

Company logos

Each company's mark is shown next to its name to make a row easier to find, nothing more. Every logo was downloaded from the icon that company's own site declares, and each file records the address it came from and the date it was fetched; 30 of the companies in the dataset publish one we can use, and the rest show their initial in the same square. The marks are the property of the companies that own them, are used here only to identify them, and their presence is not a partnership, an endorsement, or a ranking. Every mark is drawn at the same size, so no company's logo takes more of a table than another's.

How often facts are rechecked

The freshness target is weekly rechecking for categories whose prices move often, in practice compounded GLP-1 weight loss pricing, monthly for the rest of the largest companies, and quarterly for the long tail. If the recorded history shows a category changing faster than its target, the target tightens.

That is the target, not a claim about today. Collection so far has been done by hand, one company at a time, and every date on this site is the date a person read the page. Scheduled automated rechecking is being built and is not running yet. Until it is, the honest read of any date on this site is that it is the last time the page was read, and prices can change the day after.

What patient reports add

The limit of public-page collection is that the price a patient actually pays is often set inside intake and checkout, which we do not enter. The second data channel is a short structured form asking what a patient paid for the first month and what they pay per month after. It is built but not yet open.

What appears on a price table, once reports exist:

This channel is not live yet. Every number currently on the site comes from company pages.

What this site does not do

Found a number that is wrong or out of date? The corrections page explains how to report it and what happens next.
