Per the "WW Clinic Membership Agreement" (weightwatchers.com/us/termsandconditions/ww-clinic, last updated February 9, 2026): "Weight Watchers," "we," "us," or "our" means WW.com, LLC and its affiliates (together, "WW"). Healthcare Services specifically are delivered by Weight Watchers' affiliated medical groups, collectively defined as the "WW Clinic Providers": Weekend Health of Texas, P.A.; Weekend Health of New Jersey P.C.; Weekend Health of Pennsylvania, P.C.; Brantley T. Jolly, M.D., Prof. Corp.; WW Clinic, PLLC; Weekend Health of New Jersey II LLC; WW Clinic West PC; and WW Clinic Midwest, LLC. Arbitration/dispute notices are directed to "Weekend Health, LLC, 425 California St Suite 1400, San Francisco, CA 94104" (same ToS, Section 20) — "Weekend Health" appears to be the pre-rebrand entity name (consistent with the product having been acquired as "Sequence," itself sometimes associated with the name "Weekend Health" in earlier telehealth-industry coverage; not independently confirmed on WW's own pages). DMCA/copyright agent is listed as "General Counsel, WW International, Inc., 18 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011" (same ToS, Section 23), confirming WW International, Inc. as the ultimate parent. The ToS Section 1 also still contains a legacy privacy-policy link to joinsequence.com ("our Privacy Policy" links to https://www.joinsequence.com/privacy-notice) and lists a support email of hello@joinsequence.com (Sections 3B, 25) — leftover Sequence- era infrastructure not yet fully migrated to a weightwatchers.com domain. Full collected entry
WeightWatchers Clinic began as Sequence, an independent telehealth company (founded 2021) offering GLP-1-focused weight-management memberships (reported ~24,000 members paying ~$99/mo pre-acquisition, per third-party coverage). WW International, Inc. announced acquisition of Sequence in March 2023 for approximately $106 million, completing around May 2023, and rebranded the product as "WeightWatchers Clinic" (launched to members starting December 2023 per contemporaneous trade press). This is WW's entry into the prescription weight-loss/telehealth market, layered onto its much older (1963-founded) behavioral weight-loss/Points program business. None of this acquisition history is stated on WW's own current public pages (about-ww.md and press-kit.md, both fetched this pass, contain no mention of Sequence, the acquisition, or WW Clinic's origin) — flagged as third-party-sourced. SEPARATELY (per collection brief): WW International, Inc. filed a prepackaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in Delaware on May 6, 2025, to eliminate approximately $1.15 billion of roughly $1.6 billion in prepetition debt (about 70% of its debt load), with most secured borrowings converted into equity and roughly $475 million of debt remaining post-emergence. The bankruptcy court confirmed the plan on June 17, 2025, and WW International, Inc. emerged as a privately held company on June 24, 2025 — a 42-day process, faster than the originally projected 45 days. Public reporting framed the restructuring explicitly around WW's pivot toward telehealth/GLP-1 services (i.e. the Clinic/Med+ business collected in this file) as the company's forward growth strategy. This entire Chapter 11 narrative is THIRD-PARTY SOURCED (news coverage: MediaPost, Fox Business, NBC News, and others, surfaced via web search) — it does not appear on any weightwatchers.com/ww.com public page fetched this pass (clinic landing, plans, about-ww, press-kit, ToS).

How to cancel
Quoted from WeightWatchers Clinic (WW Clinic / WW Med+)'s terms and help pages on Aug 14, 2026. Only the cancellation mechanism is in our words; everything else is the company's.
How cancellation works
- Cancellation mechanism
- self serve online
- Automatic renewal
- see terms belowRenews automatically until cancelled. Confirmed both in every pricing promo's fine print ("Plan auto-renews for another 12-month period at the same monthly rate at the end of each plan term unless canceled") and in the ToS itself (Section 2.C / Section 3.A): recurring/commitment plans auto-charge at the start of each renewal period unless canceled beforehand; the company may modify subscription fees with at least 30 days' prior written notice.
- Cancellation terms as published
- Dedicated cancellation page (weightwatchers.com/us/cancellation): "if you'd like to cancel or switch your membership, you can do it here" — links to a self-serve flow at cmx.weightwatchers.com/cancellation; also offers 24/7 chat for assistance. Same page states when cancellation takes effect: for multi-month Commitment Plans, at the end of the Commitment Plan period (after which, cancellation takes effect at the end of the membership month in which you cancel); for pre-pay Savings Plans, at the end of the initial plan period (same after-period rule applies); for standard one-month plans, at the end of the membership month in which you cancel. The separate WW Clinic Membership Agreement (ToS Section 3.B) additionally lists alternate cancellation channels: "selecting that option in the protected areas of the Site or Mobile App, emailing hello@joinsequence.com, contacting your Care Team, contacting Customer Service, or by such other means as we may provide from time to time." Cancellation requests are attempted to be processed "within 72 hours." Company reserves the right to collect fees, surcharges, or costs incurred before cancellation takes effect.
- Refund policy as published
- Per WW Clinic Membership Agreement Section 4: the initial consultation fee (for Healthcare Services requiring one) is non-refundable once signed up. The subscription fee is non-refundable/non-cancellable once a billing period (standard monthly plans) or commitment period (long-term commitment plans) has started — a canceling member must pay the applicable fee through the end of that period. Two carve-out exceptions: (1) if membership is canceled for a MEDICAL reason before the end of a paid period, the unused portion is refunded (excluding any fixed upfront fee, e.g. initial consultation fee); (2) if THE COMPANY terminates a membership (not the member canceling, and not for a member's breach), the unused portion is refunded pro rata (same upfront-fee exclusion). Company may deduct an administrative-cost fee from any such refund. Apple iTunes in-app purchases are separately non-refundable per Apple's own iTunes ToS. Medication shortages do not trigger refunds ("Members will not be refunded any fees, even if prescribed medications are unavailable, except as otherwise permitted in this Agreement").
- Trial terms as published
- No free-trial-period concept (e.g., "N days free, cancel before you're charged") was found for the Clinic/Med+ product on any page fetched. Instead, WW uses a discounted INTRODUCTORY MONTHLY RATE tied to a required 12-month or 6-month plan COMMITMENT purchase (e.g. $25/mo for the first 1-2 months, converting to $74/mo or $84/mo for the remainder of the committed term) — this is a discount-with-commitment structure, not a cancel-during-trial-for-free structure, since the ToS subscription-fee refund rules above still apply once the plan is purchased. See offer-level first_vs_recurring fields for the exact intro-vs-recurring figures per product (and the flagged inconsistency between pages on whether the discount applies for 1 or 2 months).
