"Ivím Services LLC and its affiliates, and Ivím Professional Corporation" (Privacy Policy definition of "we"/"us"/"Ivím Health"). Membership Agreement and Subscription Agreement both name "Ivím Services, LLC" as the contracting party for membership/billing terms. Terms & Conditions give a Michigan registered office: 336 W 1st St Ste 113, Flint, MI 48502. A separate operational/contact address appears site-wide: 4200 Regent Street, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43219 (consistent with third-party sources describing Ivím as Columbus, OH headquartered).

The entry exactly as collected from Ivím Health's own public pages.

Corporate facts

Private company. Headquartered at 4200 Regent Street, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43219, with Michigan LLC registration (336 W 1st St Ste 113, Flint, MI 48502) per Terms & Conditions.

Private company. Headquartered at 4200 Regent Street, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43219, with Michigan LLC registration (336 W 1st St Ste 113, Flint, MI 48502) per Terms & Conditions. Founder account is inconsistent across Ivím's own pages: about-us.md (WebFetch) names "two brothers," Anthony Kantor (Founder & CEO) and Dr. Taylor Kantor, MD (Founder & Chief Innovation Officer); the homepage (home.md) instead credits three founders — "Dr. Taylor Kantor, his brother Anthony, and Anthony's wife Kelly." Both are Ivím's own first-party pages; flagged needs_recheck rather than resolved by guessing. about-us.md states the founders "turned down a nine-figure acquisition because the buyer didn't share the vision" (no acquirer, date, or dollar figure given). Home page self-reports "470K+ patients served," "~100" board-certified providers, and clinical outcomes "based on two peer-reviewed retrospective observational studies published in Obesity Pillars" (Sept 2025, n=1,131, semaglutide; March 2026, n=1,166, tirzepatide) — explicitly disclosed as "not a randomized controlled trial or head-to-head comparison," and these are company-reported/company-commissioned figures, not independently verified in this collection pass. Medical leadership includes Dr. Jessica Duncan, MD (DABOM/DABA — obesity medicine board certification), who "testified before the FDA to advocate for peptide access" per a dedicated press page. LegitScript-type certification badges were not confirmed on fetched pages (not checked this pass).

The entry exactly as collected from Ivím Health's own public pages.

Published prices

Advertised price is the number the company publishes. Monthly equivalent normalizes non-monthly billing to a per-month figure. All-in monthly adds the membership fee the company's own pages state is required and billed separately. Prices last checked Aug 14, 2026.

How to cancel

Quoted from Ivím Health's terms and help pages on Aug 14, 2026. Only the cancellation mechanism is in our words; everything else is the company's.

How cancellation works

VerifiedChecked Aug 14, 2026
Cancellation mechanism
self serve online
Automatic renewal
see terms belowRenews automatically until cancelled. Membership "will then continue on a monthly billing cycle for your membership fee unless and until properly terminated" by either party (Membership Agreement). 48-hour advance-notice deadline applies to avoid the next renewal charge (see cancellation_notes).
Cancellation terms as published
Standard mechanism: "go to your My Account page, under the Subscriptions tab, and ending your membership effective immediately" (Zendesk, "How do I cancel my membership?"; corroborated by canceling-your-membership.md). This is layered with a mandatory program-length commitment: "With selecting any two, four, six, or twelve month programs, you are required to be a member for those months as you receive the medication up front and/or must remain an active Ivim patient to be treated by our providers. You are able to cancel once the final payment is made." Separately, the Membership Agreement / Subscription Agreement require 48 hours' advance notice of the standard monthly renewal to avoid being charged for the next term: "at least 48 hours in advance from the timing of your membership renewal" via website, text, or email to support@ivimhealth.com; "Failure to do so may result in charges for the upcoming term." An exception path exists for early cancellation: "Should you have extenuating circumstances or need to discuss early cancellation of your membership, please reach out to our Patient Experience team at support@ivimhealth.com." Terms & Conditions Section 16 separately describes a program-cancellation fee structure for UNSHIPPED remaining medication on a multi-month plan: $100 per undeveloped three-month portion, $50 per undeveloped two-month portion (e.g. cancelling a 6-month plan after 3 months = one $100 fee); this fee "will be waived entirely if a provider determines you are medically ineligible to continue."
Refund policy as published
General: "All fees are non-refundable once payment terms are accepted" (Membership Agreement, Subscription Agreement Section 1.2); "You are contractually obligated to pay all remaining amounts due through the full duration of the program selected, regardless of usage or early cancellation." Prescription medications: "All medications prescribed to you cannot be returned to us" and "are non-refundable, regardless of usage, program duration, or cancellation of membership" (Returns & Refunds policy) — this covers medication already shipped. Terms & Conditions Section 16 provides the one carve-out: a partial refund (minus a $50-100/portion administrative fee) specifically for the UNSHIPPED remainder of medication when a multi-month program is cancelled early (see cancellation_notes), waived for documented medical ineligibility. Scales/medical devices: non-refundable except approved damage/loss claims (72-hour reporting window), which receive a replacement credit, not cash. Supplements: returnable within 30 days if unopened, assessed case-by-case for credit.
Trial terms as published
No trial period is defined in the Membership Agreement, Subscription Agreement, or Terms & Conditions text captured ("No trial period terms are mentioned"). Marketing pages instead advertise a first-month-free framing on the membership fee: homepage banner "$75/month · First month on us"; Men's/Women's Hormone Health pages: "Membership: $75/month (first month free)." This "first month on us" language was NOT found on the core weight-loss product pages themselves (compounded-semaglutide, compounded-tirzepatide, microdosing, or any branded-drug page) — flagged needs_recheck whether it applies to the weight-loss membership specifically, or is a hormone-health-page-only / homepage-only promotional framing.
