"YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, IF APPLICABLE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT OR WE SUSPEND OR TERMINATE IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS" (terms-and-conditions.md). Multi-month prepaid plans (quarterly, 6-month) convert to a rolling Monthly plan at "the then current list price" after the prepaid term ends, rather than simply lapsing (terms-offer-terms-pricing-v2.md).
Cancellation terms as published: Two equally-valid mechanisms are published, consistently across terms-and-conditions, offer-terms-v3, offer-terms-pricing-v2, and clinical-assessment-trial-offer-terms: (1) self-serve in-app/portal — "You can also cancel in the app by clicking the 'Cancel Membership' link in your Account Details page on the app or the portal"; (2) email — "You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@joinfound.com.
