How to cancel

Quoted from Eden's terms and help pages on Aug 14, 2026. Only the cancellation mechanism is in our words; everything else is the company's.

How cancellation works

VerifiedChecked Aug 14, 2026
Cancellation mechanism
self serve online
Automatic renewal
see terms belowRenews automatically until cancelled. Membership and subscription plans renew automatically until canceled (Terms of Service Section 23: "Your payment method will be charged automatically each month even if you do not utilize all available Membership Services in a given billing period."). Eden reserves the right to change the Standard Membership Fee with at least 30 days' advance notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price. California residents get an explicit statutory auto-renewal disclosure (Section referencing Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§17600-17606) restating the same $39-then-$99 terms.
Cancellation terms as published
Terms of Service Section 23 ("How to Cancel Your Membership"): cancel "at any time by: (i) logging into your Eden account and navigating to Account Settings > Membership > Cancel Membership; or (ii) contacting Eden customer support at care@eden.health." To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, "cancellation must be confirmed at least forty-eight (48) hours before your next scheduled renewal date." Membership "will remain active through the last day of your current paid billing period" — cancellation is not immediate/prorated. Non-membership recurring orders (autopay/auto-refill) are described separately (Section on Subscriptions/Recurring Orders) as cancelable "at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting Customer Support," with the same before-next-billing-date requirement to avoid the next charge. FAQ (faqs.md, "How do I turn off auto-bill?") points to a Zendesk help article and the same account-settings self-serve path, consistent with the ToS. A separate, more casual statement on the GLP-1 treatment page FAQ ("What if I need to cancel?") says "You can easily cancel your treatment plan from within your online patient portal. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts" and notes that canceling in the portal does not cancel orders already sent to the pharmacy — this simplified marketing language does not restate the ToS's 48-hour notice requirement, though it does not contradict it either.
Refund policy as published
General rule (Terms of Service Section 4, "No Refunds," and Section 23): "all charges are non-refundable" once a billing cycle has commenced or an order has been fulfilled; "We cannot accept returns of prescription products." Stated exceptions: (a) if, after intake evaluation, a Provider determines no prescription is clinically appropriate, the initial $39 membership fee is refunded in full; (b) documented billing errors (e.g., charged despite a timely, confirmed cancellation) are refunded on verification; (c) Section 15 ("Refund and Treatment Availability Policy") provides a prorated refund of the medication/product cost component (not the membership fee) if Eden's pharmacy network cannot fulfill a prescribed treatment due to supply shortage or regulatory reasons, or a program credit toward an alternative treatment in lieu of that refund; (d) a separate "weight loss guarantee" (Section following Termination) offers a refund or program credit if a fully-compliant patient does not lose up to 10% of body weight within six months, subject to a verification/attestation process (photo/identity verification described). All approved refunds "processed within 30 days," credited to the original payment method.
Trial terms as published
No free trial period is described anywhere in the Terms of Service or on product pages. Multiple products use a discounted introductory "first month" price that steps up starting month two — most explicitly the Eden Membership itself ($39 first month, then $99/month) which is required alongside every medication offer in this file; several medication/kit pages (Custom Weight Loss Kit, Custom Hair Growth Kit, Vardenafil+Tadalafil) also display only a "first month" figure with no disclosed steady-state price, which functions similarly to an intro rate but is not labeled as a "trial" anywhere in the copy.

Eden publishes no company-wide list of the states it serves. Where a single offer publishes its own list, it appears in that offer's details.
