Full collected entry
Circle Medical Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (Terms of Use, "the Company"). Clinical services are delivered by "Circle Medical Care of California, an independent medical practice" (CA Medical Board permit #FNP3274) per every marketing-page footer — an independent-professional- -corporation structure like PlushCare's Provider PCs, not employees of the Delaware parent. Site-wide footer copyright reads "© 2015-2026 Circle Medical Technologies, Inc."

WELL Health Technologies (Nasdaq/TSX: WELL) acquired a majority stake in November 2020 for $14.3M (third-party: press coverage) — corroborated first-party by Circle Medical's own site-wide footer "Investor relations" link, which points to well.company/for-investors/stock-information. Circle Medical states it now sees "over 55,000 patients a month nationwide" with "in-person locations across the US" (about-circle.md) and "300+ board-certified providers" (depression.md). Medical services are delivered through Circle Medical Care of California and equivalent state-specific independent medical practices, not the Delaware parent directly.

How to cancel
Quoted from Circle Medical's terms and help pages on Aug 15, 2026. Only the cancellation mechanism is in our words; everything else is the company's.
How cancellation works
- Cancellation mechanism
- self serve online
- Automatic renewal
- see terms belowDoes not renew automatically. Not applicable in the subscription sense — Circle Medical has no membership/subscription product to auto-renew; billing is strictly per-appointment ("No memberships or other fees" stated repeatedly across landing pages and the ToS-adjacent marketing pages).
- Cancellation terms as published
- Appointments (not memberships — there is no membership) are cancelled or rescheduled self-serve via the "Appointments" area of the mobile app or web portal ("Select 'Cancel' and confirm your cancellation reason, if requested"). Published fee schedule (help.circlemedical.com FAQ, updated "over a week ago" as of collection): a $50 fee applies if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or for a no-show; a separate $50 reschedule fee applies if rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice; and a $50 no-show fee applies if the patient joins more than 10 minutes late (patient may then be asked to reschedule). If the provider fails to join, the appointment is cancelled at no charge to the patient after the scheduled end time, and the patient can rebook freely. No membership/subscription exists to cancel — "There are no membership fees or annual fees for patients receiving care from Circle Medical."
- Refund policy as published
- No refund policy is stated in the Terms of Use (searched for "refund"/"non-refundable" language site-wide in the ToS; none found). The help-center billing FAQ states payment is billed only after the appointment is finalized ("You will not be charged until after your appointment is complete") and is "due in full once finalized by your insurance or if you have opted to self-pay," with self-pay invoices due within 48 hours of notice before being charged to the payment method on file. No explicit refund/cancellation-of-charge policy for completed, already-billed appointments was found on any public page. Flagged needs_recheck / medium confidence — absence of a published policy is recorded as a fact, not assumed to mean "no refunds ever."
- Trial terms as published
- None published. There is no free trial or introductory period structure — pricing is per-visit from the first appointment (self-pay rate or insurance-processed cost), consistent with the no-membership model.
States served
Circle Medical publishes no company-wide list of the states it serves. Where a single offer publishes its own list, it appears in that offer's details.
